We asked the merchant with 17 locations, “What sounds better?”

We looked at it another way and asked, do they even need 17 accounts? The answer was no. All they needed was one merchant account and a simple way for all of their locations to access the online gateway to run transactions.

Simple.

Not only could we get each location access, but through the gateway they were able to assign individual logins and identifiers for each location allowing the corporate office to track what each location was doing in real time (something they were not able to do before).
Today, they receive one deposit for their credit card processing to match up with what was reported in the online gateway. What’s more, consolidating their 17 locations into one meant cutting out 16 sets of monthly fees, annual fees, and PCI compliance hassles.
We also helped them to save on their most valuable asset, time.
