The first word that comes to mind is WOW!
We are in the process of switching banks at my office and it has been quite the ordeal. Switching bank accounts for our credit card deposits was the last on my list and I was expecting it to be just as frustrating as the ones prior to it. I was pleasantly surprised. Lynn was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.
I faxed the necessary documents to her and within just a couple of minutes, I received an email from her confirming that she received everything she needed from me. She even went so far as to email me again to let me know that everything was approved.
This is customer service at its finest. Lynn made me feel like a person and not just an account number.
